Pet Policy

We are excited that you and your pet have decided to make your new home at our beautiful community! We allow as many as 2 pets per home.


Required up-front costs (per pet) include:


Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $400

Pet Deposit: $100                   

Total Upfront Costs: $500 


Monthly pet rent is $50/month/pet.

Dog Breed Restrictions: Fully or partial Pit Bull, German Shepard, Doberman, Rottweiler, Akitas, and Mastiffs. Others may be added.
